Time with Laura is customized according to a client's needs and goals. After getting to know you a bit, Laura will most often include Reiki sessions, Reiki Experiences, Placements (attunements to give you the healing energy), angel work, hypnotherapy and spiritual life coaching. She may introduce you to other helpful tools, suggested reading, and homework.
